All purchases made through our website are subject to our return and refund terms.

We aim to ensure that every customer receives the correct product in good condition. However, return or refund requests will only be accepted under specific conditions stated below.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • You received the wrong size from what was ordered
  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The item received is significantly different from the order placed

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • With original packaging, tag, or label if applicable
  • Reported within 3 days from the date you received the item

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for the following cases:

  • Wrong size selected by customer during checkout
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Customer no longer wants the item
  • Item has been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered
  • Damage caused by customer mishandling
  • Item returned without prior approval from Regle Sdn Bhd
  • Promotional, clearance, or limited-edition items, unless damaged or wrongly delivered

Customers are advised to check all order details carefully before making payment.


4. Size Exchange

Size exchange may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to stock availability.

Size exchange is only allowed if:

  • The item is still unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The request is made within 3 days after receiving the item
  • The requested size is still available
  • The customer agrees to bear the return and re-delivery postage cost

If the requested size is no longer available, we may not be able to proceed with the exchange.


5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be approved if:

  • The item ordered is out of stock after payment has been made
  • We are unable to fulfil your order
  • You received a damaged or defective item and replacement is not available
  • You received the wrong item and replacement is not available

Refunds will not be given for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Delay caused by courier service
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery details provided by customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Self-pickup orders that were not collected without valid reason

6. Return Process

To request a return, exchange, or refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.

You must provide:

  • Full name
  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Phone number
  • Clear photo or video of the item
  • Clear photo of parcel packaging, if applicable
  • Reason for return, exchange, or refund request

Our team will review your request and inform you whether it is approved or rejected.

Please do not return any item without approval from Regle Sdn Bhd.


7. Shipping Cost for Returns

Shipping cost for returns will depend on the reason for return.

If the issue is caused by Regle Sdn Bhd, such as wrong item, wrong size sent, or defective product, we may bear the return or replacement shipping cost.

If the return or exchange is due to customer request, such as size exchange, the customer will bear all related shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Regle Sdn Bhd.


8. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or any other suitable payment method agreed by Regle Sdn Bhd.

Refund processing time may take 7 to 14 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank processing time.

Regle Sdn Bhd is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the parcel.

Please provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

We will review the issue and may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the same item
  • Exchange to another available item
  • Refund, if replacement is not available

Minor colour differences due to lighting, screen display, or photography are not considered product defects.


10. Wrong or Incomplete Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information during checkout.

Regle Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for failed delivery, delayed delivery, or lost parcel caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details or failed delivery, the customer may need to pay additional postage for re-delivery.


11. Self-Pickup Orders

For self-pickup orders, customers must collect the item according to the pickup arrangement provided by Regle Sdn Bhd.

Please check your item during pickup. Once the item has been collected and accepted, return or refund requests may not be accepted unless there is a valid manufacturing defect.

Uncollected self-pickup orders may not be eligible for refund unless approved by Regle Sdn Bhd.
